Kevin Wright

Since 1997, Kevin has dedicated his career to the affordable housing industry. Through his work with partners, friends, and tenants, he has worked tirelessly to help people from all walks of life access safe, stable, and attainable permanent housing. Bringing people together has always been one of his greatest passions.

Director Of Operations

Rochelle Maki

Rochelle has been part of the affordable housing industry since 2004. She oversees contracts, accounting, office operations, and the many day-to-day needs that keep the organization running smoothly. Rochelle strengthens communication, improves processes, and helps ensure everyone at RPC stays aligned.

Chief Financial Officer

C.J. Nibbe

C.J. has been part of the affordable housing industry since 2005. In his role, he ensures each community operates as efficiently as possible, creating opportunities for reinvestment through capital improvements that enhance the living experience for residents.

Todd McDonnel

Todd focuses on identifying new opportunities and investment vehicles, driving business development, providing executive coaching, and recruiting capital investors.

Josh Winter

Josh has been part of the affordable housing industry since 2006. He is dedicated to helping residents obtain and maintain stable housing, while also supporting onsite management with monthly collections and property-related legal matters.
